Digital typography for the 21st century

I’ve written a Preface for the Divine Comedy! What more could you want from life? 🙂
This is what it’s all about: in order to demonstrate to the world what you can do with a simple EPUB, and how one works to create ebooks with high-quality typography, our friends Edoardo Ferrini and Alberto Pettarin of Smuuks.it decided to make available to everyone – for free – the Divine Comedy read by Professor Lino Pertile: this is a true audiobook, actually an audio-ebook, with facilitated reading, in epub format.
We at Simplicissimus were quite happy to give them a hand, and I myself had the privilege, for which I thank them, to write the preface.
